Laundry Facilities

Centrally located in the community is also a large, coin-operated, laundry room. With a front-load washer, eight conventional washers and 12 dryers, you will find plenty of options for your clothes-washing needs. It is open 24 hours with video surveillance for added safety. You will also find vending machines and a restroom available in the laundry room.

Community Room

We have a community room to host birthday parties, business meetings and showers, for brides and babies! The community room seats 60 people and has round and rectangular tables, plus a full size kitchen with a refrigerator, stove and abundant cabinet space. It is outfitted with separate men’s and women’s restrooms, and has access to cable and Internet.

Quality Apartments

Our one and two bedroom apartments include water, sewer, and parking.  Internet is available through WOW, our sole Internet provider. The only pets approved to live at OrchardGate are fish – no other pets are allowed.  View our floorplans to learn more.
